Scope of project was load out, transportation and performing installation of 4 new processing modules onto Lotos Petrobaltic platform standing next to GSR. Transportation vessel was TRD Horizon.
TREND RESPONSIBILITIES/SCOPE OF WORK:
plan the whole delivery process of the modules, two built in Gdynia and other two in Gdansk
analyze the platform construction to find weak spots and enable skidding onto deck of modules
plan the sequence to enable positioning of the modules in close quarters with precision +-20mm and sometimes similar small clearance
loadout of all modules onto TRD-HORIZON pontoon
lashing/securing of modules for transport forces
sea transportation between Gdynia-Gdansk and Gdansk-Gdansk, each time passing via Gdansk Bay
physical discharge and installation of all modules from TRD-HORIZON straight to platform deck
jacking down and fine positioning of all modules on their foundations
all above performed under DNV-GL survey (work and documentation likewise)
